Welcome to DeployIt. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Service

You may use DeployIt to deploy, manage, and maintain your own applications on cloud servers. You are responsible for your usage, data, and any actions taken through your account.

2. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

3. Acceptable Use

DeployIt allows you to deploy and manage applications on your own cloud servers. You agree not to use the service for:

  • Illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Hosting or distributing harmful content
  • Violating intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free Trial and Billing

DeployIt offers a 7-day free trial to all new users. During the trial period, you get full access to all features.

  • No charges will be made until the trial period ends.
  • If no valid payment method is added or subscription started after the trial, your account will be automatically suspended.
  • You can upgrade or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard.

After the trial, billing is monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are handled securely via our third-party payment processor Stripe. You can cancel anytime, but we do not offer partial refunds for unused periods.

6. Server Management

DeployIt helps you provision and manage your own VPS infrastructure. You are solely responsible for your servers, including backups, data, and compliance with local laws.

7. Third-Party Services

DeployIt may integrate with services like GitHub, Cloudflare, or Hetzner. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and policies. We do not control or take responsibility for external services.

8. Data and Privacy

We collect only essential information to provide our service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

DeployIt is provided “as-is.” We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party providers (e.g., cloud hosting platforms) or your server environments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeployIt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
